YouTube automation is not just something I've tried - it's a system I've engineered from the
ground up.
Before touching any channel, I run deep niche analysis using custom-trained GPTs that decode
competitors, identify content gaps, and generate detailed strategy reports - channel structure,
tone, scripting style, thumbnail direction, everything.
From that analysis, I build a complete custom AI prompting system for each channel - separate
workflows for titles, thumbnails, scripts, and content tone. Every channel has its own unique
system because every niche is different.
My team of 15+ then executes - producing videos, running the AI pipelines, and uploading
